If you want to appear in ipcc in nov, you have to register before 31st jan... It seems you are writing cpt in jan (assuming you are writing online) and kindly confirm when the results are coming.. if the results are declared before 31st jan, then you can register for ipcc.. all the best... for any clarifications pl contact 9840669667
