hi sir,
i have not filed return for A.Y 2017-18. I didn't received any notice.
Now i want to file it.
Is their any other way to file IT return.
Except electronic filing

you can file a return but write letters to department

if you have refund
you may request to file return under section 119(2)(d) to departent in written letter
