Refund reissue option for the 2nd time ?? query ?

Query ? Please clarify with reasons....

Due to wrong bank account details , refund amount of my client not yet credited into his bank a/c & that's why first time i choose " Refund Re-issue Request " option & recitification option 
but unfortunately wrong details ( wrong bank a/c no & IFSC CODE ) given in this time also .
Now for the 2nd time ( after 15-20 days ) when i opt for another chance of " Refund Re-issue Request " option & Rectification option and subsequently  when i put all the details ( CPC REF No,  REFUND SEQUENCE NO etc ..) for the 2 nd time  ,

an error message shows that 
" Refund Re-issue already submitted for this A.Y & YOU ARE not allowed to submit a request unless the previous request is processed ".

 

My questions :
1) Huge amount of days already expired, i.e, after 15-20 DAYS for the 2nd time i opt for Refund Reissue request option, but why this kind of messages are coming ? Please clairy that.
2) Then what should i do to claim that refund ?

1.You will be able to proceed only after processing the intial request.So wait till the date. 2.If wrong details filled, you may get mail stating that electronic credit rejected or you will receive refund cheque after processing your request. If you get cheque with wrong account, you have to return the same to SBI Mumbai then only you can proceed.(otherwise you have to wait 90days) If credit rejected, you have to request for latest 143(1) and need to proceed either ways rectification or refund re-reissue.
