Refund query ITR1

First validate any one of the bank accounts, through any available option, like login through net banking etc., then submit 'refund reissue request' with adding the validated bank account.

Yes, through net banking, you can log in directly to IT site, whereby the bank details will get fetched by e-portal, & account will get validated immediately.

Check wat is the refund status?

If refund status failed, file refund reissue request.

Otherwise file grievance once again.
