CAN I CLAIM REFUND OF ITC ON ZERO RATED SUPPLY WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX FOR FY 17-18 BY FILING REFUND APPLICATION FY 18-19.
Wheather I need to file nil refund application for fy 17-18.

if you have ITC and supply only zero rated then you can claim refund
Yes ,... you can claim refund for ITC attributable to Zero rated supply without payment IGST (against LUT)
