Refund query
IF IT return has not filed on and after 1.04.12 and I have tds credit refund. how I can claim it . Please suggest me.

Option for Filling ITR upto AY 2017-18 is over. You will get an option of filing returns for that period available, if you will get a notice from IT department.
Return for claiming the refund of excess taxes paid can be filed within a period of two years from the end of the financial year for which claim the refund relates.
