I filed ma returns relating to f.y.2008-09, 2009-10 well on time...and i just checked refunds are due related to these two years.
i want to claim refund of the same now.
issues confronted : i dont hav intimation under section 143(1) i.e. no cpc reference numbr as well as refund sequence number AND no intimation for the particular years on site as well.
what's the most easiest way to get the intimation delivered at ma place.

What evidence you have for filled returns like downloaded ITR, ITR V copy etc?
YES....ALONGWITH I HAVE INTIMATION U/S 143(2), COMPUTATION OF IT UNDER SEC143(3)

If yes, write a letter to the ITO of your jurisdiction requesting release of the refund due.

Yes, there is possibility of requesting for refund reissue online, provided you have CPC communication reference no.
Check the same in the order u/s. 143(3), along with refund sequence no. provided in it. If available request online.
Otherwise, this is the alternative.
