In refund process it is stated that you have to submit the document to jurisdiction officer. I have tried to submit to jurisdiction officer at Air India Building Mumbai as supported to me on call by CBEC help mitra. But over there they refused to take any documents or give any address on which I can submit the documents relating to the refund process initiated.
I am a bit confused where in the process it is stated to submit the documents to jurisdiction officer and over here no one is ready to take the documents.
Please help me with this situation as I am stuck with in.

You must give online request on gst portal to get refund
I have done the online process of refund but the ARM receipt generated online says to submit the copy of the same with jurisdiction officer. That is the reason I am confused as the situation mentioned above.
Any way wait for experts opinions....
