The link you have attached pertains to Refund banker scheme. This scheme is actually for non corporates. In the case cited above it applies to a company. Please suggest course of action.

If the aboce case is for a company would suggest you to directly go to the income tax office with the order copy and enquire there as they would be the ultimate resource for the future action.
