Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the possibility of claiming a refund for tax paid on exports when a LUT bond was not used. It clarifies that if inputs were purchased at the full GST rate and exports were made with IGST payment, a refund is generally possible. However, if inputs were procured at a lower rate (e.g., 0.1%) and exports were made without a LUT bond, it constitutes a violation of regulations.

You have to show LUT bond for export
We don't have that time that is why we have made export with payment of tax
Refer rule 96 of cgst rules
If the purchase was made at 0.1% then the export is mandatorily required to be done under LUT. If you have not followed the same, it's a clear violation of law. But if you have procured at full gst rate and exported with payment of igst tax, then no worry at all.
