Can we claim refund on ITC paid for Capital goods????

u can claim ITC , not refund

You can't claim Refund for the Purchase of "CAPITAL GOODS".
But, You can avail ITC benefits as per Law.

ITC availed on capital goods can not be claimed for refund. It only can be utilized for payment of duty.
WHY YOU WANT TO REFUND OF ITC.
