can anybody help me in resolving the querry
my company is selling goods to an export co who ultimately export such goods,he issues form H to me,so my question is can i claim the refund of cst/vat paid on input credit on purchase as a deemed exporter,as their is no output tax liablility
can u pls guide me the way how to claim refund of the vat
Are software companies entitled to input VAT refund similar to service tax refund
Please advise and elaborate the procedure
