Dear Members,

My TDS has been deducted u/s 194N in P.Y. 2020-21 and I have not filed ITR of any A.Y. preceding the A.Y. in which TDS was deducted till date.

What should I do get the refund of TDS deducted?

I have only agriculture Income which is not chargeable to tax and Income from interest on savings bank a/c which is less than Maximum amount chargeable to tax.

Please Advice.

The only way is to file the ITR and claim excess TDS, for refund if applicable.
File return and get refund if TDS is more than your Income Tax
You can get the refund of TDS deducted by filing return. show your all incomes even though income is exempted.
Which ITR form is applicable in my case?

Total Income consists Agriculture Income and Interest from Bank.
You can go with ITR 2
ITR 2
