Please tell me can I claim refund of STT instead of claiming as an expense???

no refunds,
if ur business, then only u can claim it as expense
I m also of the same view but 1 ca mumbai told me that refund is possible...
provided broker gives certi 4 d same...
NO REFUND OF STT.
U CAN ONLY CLAIMED IT AS AN EXPENSE.
