the deputy commissioner passed an order against refund claim. The order shows a less amount of refund. So when the client opts for an appeal can he add some more invoices in the refund claim. These invoices were missed to include in the initial refund claim.

IN THE FRONT PAGE OF ORDER IN ORIGINAL IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED THE DURATION OF FILING THE APPEAL. GENERALLY 90 DAYS.
