Will i get SAD refund in the following case;
PVT Ltd. Company imports mirrors paying 4% SAD, it is a manufacturer & uses the mirror as a component in solar energy saving devices which are included in exempt goods. Whether the company is eligible to claim 4 % SAD refund ?
