Yes , everyone are facing same problem.
As per recent tweet by ITD, they are upgrading there system so they are not processing our refund yet.

You have to wait for some more time. The department was busy in clearing the Refunds for AY 2019-20. Soon they will start the initiation of refunds for this AY ( 20-21 )...
