Refund of ITC
Dealer adjusted ITC against IGST liability instead of SGST and CGST.Later on he paid CGST n SGST through cash.Now can he apply for IGST adjusted ITC as Refund,is he eligible?If so,How?

Yes you can claim refund of itc after paying correct tax.
