my clients have filed Return of income before July 31st. but still they have not get refund till now. actually how much time it will take time to get refund. as per Income tax Act

why so much delay. if so what to do. shall we put it grievances. or any other way to get refund

1. Check the status of the return by logging in to the ITR portal
2. Check your mail inbox and mobile for any intimation from IT /CPC
3. Check the bank details by downloading ITR form.
4. If there is any discrepancy rectify it.

Please check whether ITR is processed or not in the portal, if it is processed then only one can verify the refund status
