Refund of income tax
Hello Everyone
What if we claimed someone else refund in our account while filling his return , there is any kind of risk while taking the refund? or if yes then what kind of risk there was?

Till date department has issued refund without checking the name of bank account holder and assessee's profile. Don't know about future......

In other's account: yes, if not properly answerable.
