can we claim refund of gst paid on import?? if yes, the what is the procedure for thet??

For availing the ITC (Input Tax Credit) on IGST and GST compensation cess, one (the importer) must declare the GST registration Number in the Entry Bill
can we claim refund ??? of gst paid on import of goods??
Still now there is refund on gst paid on import..you can just take ITC of igst paid.
