Can we take refund of extra credit lying in in our credit ledger other than by just charging IGST on exports and then claiming a refund ?

You can do so provided your purchases don't come at 0.1% GST
Your purchases never come below 0.1%
my purchases are at 18%
what is the procedure to apply ? is it seamless like exports or a little typical ?
