during the online submission of exam forms for May 2018, it was stated on the site that payment of exam fees if has to be paid again, due to failure of network while payment, will be refunded automatically after online forms submission process gets over.
but I have not received it yet.
please help with the required steps to be taken

write a mail to the helpline they will assist you
dont worry it will be automatically refunded within 30 working days. i also had same problem but i got refund within 30 days
it will be refunded but raise your written complain is always keep safe side.
