For AY 2015-2016, One of my client got an intimation order u/s 143(1) with a refund amount of Rs 10,694/= ( after adjustment of demand ) on 23/07/2016. But unfortunately till now,refund amount not yet credited to his bank a/c .
I am 100% sure that everythings are correct, bank a/c is correct , ifsc code is correct but till now refund amount not yet credited to his valid bank a/c .
And i m really surprised of this matter !!!
Now what shoud i do ?

Wait for few more days. Mine 3 such cases whose 143 1A cleared after 15/07/2016 are still not credited. Though such situation has been seen first time!!

Please raise a refund re-issue request by logging into the income tax account.You need mention the communication ref. no and refund sequence no which is coming in 143(1) intimation.
