Our ITR (partnership firm) for AY 2017-18 was processed on 11 July 2018 and I received the 143(1) intimation with the refund calculation. But we have still not received the refund.
The status on NSDL website shows that "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.".
I called the CPC helpline and they said that there is no guideline regarding time limit for refund after ITR processing and I should wait.
Is this normal? Because I have always received the refund within 1 week of the processing of the ITR.
