I have applied under VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME
against the demand mentioned in the Order for the
relevant year.
I have all the due taxes and the authority issued Form V for the same ,
but it is not been updated in system and the demand is showing pending
in system therefore the department not refunding my refund and adjusting
it against the demand which is already settled under VIVAD SE VISHWAS
SCHEME. I have also filed several grievance on the portal but they have not
rectified it, what is the remedy with me ?
