Quick Summary
If you're encountering a bank account validation error when requesting a refund re-issue, ensure your name, mobile number, and email address match exactly across your bank and income tax details. The error often occurs if an old mobile number was used when filing the original return. You may need to submit an intimation for a number change or update your details with your bank.

First validate the account, then apply for refund reissue.

In what time the account t validation will be know n?

For some banks its immediate through net banking, otherwise depends upon bank to bank, generally 10 to 15 days.

When you update your bank account details at the new portal, you need to ensure that three things match- your name (first and last), your mobile number, and your email address.

If there are any inconsistencies between these three details in your bank account and your income tax details or your bank card, that can prevent those accounts from being validated.

To resolve this error, first, you need to confirm that all three of these details are correct, and put in an update request at either place if not.

Validation error because while submitting the original return (itr) the old number was mentioned. Either you have to send intimation for change of the number.
