no refund of income tax is issued till now.is change in ifsc code of bank can be the reason for late refund.

Make sure you have prevalidated your bank account.

I also pre validated my bank account, then done Refund Reissue List, but still Refund Reissue List approval is pending as well raised Grievance twice. Is there any other option to get the refund ?
