Refund issue

Efiling 370 views 3 replies

I have filed my mothers IT Return by providing my bank account details. After processing of return, Intimation has been received but refund has not been deposited in account. When I checked the ITD site, it was seen that refund is unpaid because of unmatched bank account details..

What would be the possible solution for my problem?

Should I have to revise the return by entering mother's bank account details?

Or is it possible through rectification ..?

you can go for "refund reissue request" by login with incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with ur mother's a/c & look for the "refund reissue request" from the drop down menu over der & provide ur bank a/c details if ur refund is below Rs. 50000 u can also opt for ECS or else ask for the check & also provide ur address for rec. d cheque & for further assistance u can call on toll free no. of CPC bangalore i.e. 18004252229. hope this must b helpful

Can I give my bank account details ? ... Is it necessary to give my mother's account details? OK Iam considering to opt for cheque ... What's your opinion?

 

yeah sure u can move with that no issues just provide d correct a/c details no matter u provide a/c no. of ur mother or urs..nd tell me whats d refund amount if less than rs. 50000 u can go for ECS much better option
