Refund Intimation U/s 143(1)

Recived refund intimation for AY 22-23, one week ago, but still showing ITR "Under Processing" on eportal website (Meaning Processing not yet complete).
Meanwhile, I've received email informing, "Refund Failure" , due to reason: "PAN not linked to bank account ", though, I've been receiving my refund in the same linked bank account for last many years, without any hassles.
I've also successfully raised "Refund Reissue Request" from my eportal account. Kindly advise, as regards further action I need to take, since refund amount is substantial. Thankyou.

If intimation u/s 143(1) is received then it is confirmed that ITR is processed. It will take time to update in IT web portal..

You may add another bank account for hassle free Refund processing
Generally intimation uploaded on portal after 10-15 days of receiving email. So nothing to worry , same will be updated with 8-10 days
I have similar issue. On speaking with Helpline I was told it's a technical glitch which is being rectified.
Bank account must validated to get the refund on time .

Validate your bank account and raise refund re issue request
Just ask your bank to update PAN in their system, it will work.
@ Ashok,

Check the e filing portal . Few issues are fixed .

You may remove the account and add it again
PAN linking is compulsory from this year only, I done it in many clients. This issue will be sorted out only when your bank update PAN in their system.
A Bank account can't be validated without PAN validation..This rule is there from past 4 to 5 years
Bank validation itself started from last year , dear please reply after getting known about it.
Hope you don't have have practical knowledge.

We were doing e verification through EVC by validating bank account details from past 4 to 5 years .

If EVC enabled that means
PAN verified
Account name matched
registered e-mail and mobile number verified.
I know this very well but validating bank for refund purpose if available only on new website.
It was already there . You got know after introducing new website
What Eswar says seems true. As per my query, I WAS getting my refunds in the same linked n validated Bank Account for last many years and suddenly IT filing website says: Refund Failure. Reason being, PAN not linked to bank account. Very perplexing.
We also getting refund from many years but on new website refunds credited only in that account which are validated. Earlier validation process was for EVC only. Just try what he is saying but finally you need to ask bank to update PAN in your system
