Refund if cash is paid under rule 86(b)
If I have not discharged my tax liability by 1% cash as per rule 86 b and I have now paid the amount by cash can I get my ITC utilised earlier to discharge my liability, back through refund?

If you have utilised the cash amount then you can claim refund if excess ITC utilised
