Refund from cpc

Dear friends,

My client has a refund outstanding to the extent of 1.72 cr for the AY 2012-13 with the CPC Bangalore. return has been filed on 3rd of june 2013. there was a demand of 3 lakh from earlier AY and a intimation for adjustment u/s 245 was recieved on 23rd january 2014. as of now, it has been more than 11 months, yet the return is not processed.can anyone guide me as how to solve the problem?
