which form to be furnished if an assessee claims for refund of TDS paid to the credit of Central government employee.????

if the assessee is a central government employee and TDs is deducted u/s 192 then he had to file itr 1
If the source of income is just salary and if the Tds is deducted then you have to fie itr1
