Dear all,
I did not filed income tax return of FA 2013-14 ( AY 2014-15 ). For that year TDS of Rs. 25000 has been deducted. My income for that year is below taxable limit. How can I claim my refund.

Prepare & File ITR for AY 2014-15, and submit it along with a letter of condonation for delay in filling itr, to your Jurisdictional ITO.

Once if the delay is condoned, the ITR will be accepted as regular filed one, and thus in due course it will be processed. If any refund due, you will surely get it.
