You will get your refund in freezed bank account also. credit amount is allowed in that condition. If you want to change bank account file revise return and update your bank details. you will get refund in another bank account and no need to update any other condition.
If already amount credited to freezed bank account what is the use of revise the return.
but you can prevent from happening this mistake for future returns. remove the freezed account from pre-validated bank accounts section.

You can unfreeze the Bank A/c by contacting the Branch staff and giving a letter requesting to unfreeze the A/c. Once the A/c gets into active state, you can use the A/c.
