Its almost 7 months passed since the refund application was filed regarding excess balance in Electronic Cash Ledger. As of date, the refund has not been disbursed by the Dept.
They have informed verbally that the refund was sanctioned by the Dept. but pending at Pay & Accounts Office as the disbursement system has been shifted to Pay & Accounts Office.
Frequent reminders & applications were given/submitted to the GST Commissioner's office.
Still no action is being taken by them. Advice needed regarding the said matter.

File complain on Greivance cell & also lodge your complain To GST Help Mitra
I already filed a complain on Grievance after one month of filing of refund application in the GST portal. Still no action is being taken.
