husband and wife bought flat for rs. 67lacs but paid 1% tds of rs.67k by husband only and 26 qb filed by husband only.
but due some reason deed was cancelled. now can he get refund of
tds paid
what if he did not give form 16b to deductee.
and wife
is liable for file 26qb or not?
TDS depends on share of payment be each buyer. if no payment by wife, but only name as holder....no TDS for wife
refund of TDS.....seller will .claim while filing ITR by seller
