You should wait at least for six months from the end of the financial year in which the return is filed i.e. till 30th Sept 2010 in your case.
I think for AY 2009-10 ,the refund will start from 01.04.2010,so you can easily get through ur bank account if u did not get u show ur ackdg certificate to IT department for claimimg refund
u shud wait till 01.04.2010 and then u can visit concerned ito.
