I have no claimed any refund but my tds is more than my total tax payable

you should file return to claim excess TDS deducted.
Mr Ajeet This is the common mistake every body makes. They think that their TDS is more than Tax liability, so no need file return.
If you dont want to get Income tax notice then file IT return.
I have filed return but didn't claim for excess tds refund a.y. 2010
such mistake can happen for Manual filing only. Go to AO and ask for refund.
