Refund

Hi Friends,

I filed ITR-4 for a freelancer friend.

Since transactions were few, I prepared the ITR under the section "books of accounts not prepared".

There was some pending action in the e-filing login and that was promptly done. but refund has not been received yet and the status shows "not determined".

what could be the reason for the delay? and by when does refund for such cases get processed?
