Audit- Book of Pankaj Garg is enough (provided you do it completely followed by practice manual).
Law- Almost all are same. Take books of any of 2-3 authors( say Munish bhandari/Siddharth agarwal/Padhukas) and decide which one you are coomfortable in reading with.
