i am doing my cw final 2008 Syllabus, Paper 13 & 14

i would like to know the referance books for the Capital Market analysis and Financial Management,

which should be in relavamt to thescopeof cw syllabus

can somebody help me on this plz

Please suggest reference book for icwai final capital market analysis paper.And i am having reference book of ravi m kishore for financial management. but the book covers part 1 &2 a lot more syllabus a huge volume to study. can any one tell which portion i have to cover for icwai final please. Is there any suggestion give it immediate please. experts please help me.

Paper 12	Ravi M. Kishor
Paper 13	Only Modul
Paper 14	Girish Ahooja( Direct Tax) & Bangar ( Indirect Tax)
Paper 15	Saxena & Vashist ( Cost Management)
Paper 16	Haneef Mukharjee
Paper 17	Only Modul
Paper 18	Same Book for paper 12 Ravi M. Kishore & Module.

Paper 11 study corporate laws (it covers 40%). Make enable to answer the question regarding Foreign exchange problems. FINAL PREPARATION

Paper 12 Work all sums in Financial Mgt( in study material)

Paper 13 Fully theory ( In study material ------> Book back question and one word)

Paper 14 Concentrate Indirect Taxes more

Paper 15 Concentrate on Marginal costing and Standard costing(be thorough with book sums)

Paper 16 Advanced Accounting (Read Selected Accounting Standard, EVA) understand the concept of merger ,accquistion.

Paper 17 cost audit and operational audit( cost audit see previous suggested and operational audit study theory) as what is Managment audit, operational audit. like wise

Paper 18 BVM is a consolidated of Capital Market Analysis, Financial managament, Advanced accounting.
