As such there is no such judgement in my view , but it's easy you can approach to your jurisdiction GST officer , they have authority can revoke your number.

I have already file Appeal in the court of joint commissioner in the form APL 01. For restore.

Then it's fine .......but it can be revoked by contacting to jurisdiction tax officer.
