reduction in excise duty

hi guys,

some one told me there is reduction of excise duty on plastic granules from 10% to 8%.

is it true?

is there is any such notification?

if yes what will be effective date

Although the minister stated these things on the floor of the house, it will not come into effect unless until a notification is issued. I hope that such notifications may be issued soon.
