Hi all!!

Got the latest buzz on "reduction in articleship"?That itll b put into force w e f July only! coz only then will sufficient IPCC completed ppl b there to fill in the articles vacancy!! this means the nov 06 CPt students would have to take Final in Nov 2010 wid May 07 batchers! but they are 1 yr younger! why 2 treatments 4 2 batches of the same course and same scheme?time v made ourselves heard!We have already completed 3 years!We should b sitting home and preparing 4 the May exams now!Sheer injustice!

They ll make the rule when we have all tired out 4 3.5 years!

All Nov 06 CPT s unite n mail no one less than the President!

Eashwar.... its a rumour at best.

End of story. Dont expect them to cut the articleship for me u or anyone. At least in the name of impartiality to all PCC students, others wont get reduction. They would have announced the decision by now, if there was to be ever a reduction.

But my advice is to cut everything out of the picture. Imagine that ICAI never thought of reducting articleship or introducing IPCC. We are alone in this course, each of us on his own way. it may be possible that a person doing 3 years articles takes 4 attempts and we clear in 2 attempts. Dont compare with peers or batchmates for this course. That is a wrong benchmark.

3.5 years articles is what we thought at the time of joining, and we are harming ourselves by hoping ICAI will cut the period. lets not get distracted.

We can just put in efforts from our side. Dont worry about what others get yaar.
