Whether convertible debentures issued by a pvt co. can be redeemed below par by converting into shares, if the terms of issue do not provide for the same?

Well...i've heard the 5 ways of Issue of debentures with conditions stipulated to their redemption ( m sure even u kno it )
1) Issue at par and redeemable at par
2) Issue at discount and redeemable at par
3) Issue at premium and redeemable at par
4) Issue at par and redeemable at premium
5) Issue at discount and redeemable at premium
Therefore i assume that u cannot redeem a debenture at discount!
