Rectify mistakes in filed Gstr-3b

I have filed my GSTR 3b for March 2020 within time however I could not enter a small amount of outward supply then, which came to my notice now in the next financial year in the month of May 2020.

Can I rectify this mistake by including that amount of outward supply in the month of May 2020 (next FY) and what will be the interest on the same?

Also will the concession of interest rates that was announced for the lockdown period be applicable in my case?

Quick Summary
If you've missed reporting a small amount of outward supply on your GSTR-3B for March 2020, you can include it in your May 2020 filing. However, availing the lockdown interest rate concession is debatable. You will need to pay interest on the missed amount, though the exact rate and how to proceed are still being clarified.

Yes you can correct but interest concession cannot be obtained.
First you to effect the change then we will see
You can disclose such missed out small amount of outward supply. but availing interest concession is debatable.
So sir at what rate should i charge the interest in this case ?
