I have received a notice U/s 143(1), in which depreciation exp has been added back in the Income because I Have not mentioned the Assets in the Schedule as per Income Tax Act and not the depreciation also. and claimed the Depreciation in the P&L accounts. due to which it has been added back.
So my question is Can , I file a rectification against the Order or not.
If yes please guide me how to file the Rectification from the Site.

yes you can file rectification online if you filed the return online else you have to file rectification with A.O.

If you filed ITR on paper you may file application for rectification on paper giving complete details with your AO. If filed online first complete the ITR form giving detail of assets and depreciation eligible thereon generate its XML and upload the same online under the rectification tab.
