Rectification "tax credit mismatch only" option missing

Select .... 1. Return data correction.

For this option when I crate my rectified return :

1)what should I select in this field Part B TI -> Filing Status -> Section. In this it has 10 different options but none of them says response to u/s 143(1) or under u/s154.

2) What should be filled under "If revised/defective/modified/Rectification, enter Receipt No". This does not accept communicaiton number of u/s 143(1).
