Dear all,
One of my client working in Trading as well as job work in Printing field . During the time of its registration under DVAT and CST on 1st may 2007 he forget to mentioned Job works in Registration application form and consequentely he received a Registration Certificate from Sales Tax Dept. mentioning job nature "Trading only"
He continue doing job work on basis of such TIN from last 10 months and having more than 80% turnover from this source.
Now i want to know how big mistake is it and how can it rectify?Please revert ASAP.
